I wonder if you could help, I am re-locating to Singapore in the next few weeks and have a couple of questions with regards property rental.
Do rental properties in Singapore tend to include utilities in the prices stated (i.e. Gas, Electricity, Insurance).
Are there any other costs associated with property rental?
