Hello,
I am planning to purchase a resale HDB flat under the Singles scheme, and I expect to get married 2 years after the purchase.
After the 5 years MOP is over, we plan to use my partner's name to purchase a private property. My partner is a PR.
Will this be possible?
From what I understand, since I purchased the resale HDB while I was single, the house would be under my name. Therefore, my partner (PR) should have no issues purchasing a private property under her name after the 5 years MOP period is over.
Can this understanding be confirmed? Thanks!
