Hello. I am little short of funds to cover my absd. Is it ok to pay stamp duties including absd with the help of a personal loan? Understand it affects the home loan quantum. Just want to know if this is legally ok.

He is competent, resourceful and has a pleasant manner to work with. He is the Agent of my choice in dealing with properties and I would highly recommend him to others who would appreciate an agent that takes care and can give the customer a peaceful mind.”
Susana (Buyer)

“Nick is very pro-active in helping us to resolve whatever questions and problems that we encountered. All the issues are settled even before us having to request or ask for a second time. He was very frank and transparent with all the details, limitations and advantages that we wouldn’t have known. I think this is the most important virtue to be successful in this line. I will surely recommend him to anyone who needs his service because I trust that they will be equally satisfied!!”

Hi,

1) I hope you have not reached the state of non-return.
2) It is important to be ready for a purchase especially in property.
3) If you have not gone into an OTP with the seller, I would suggest you be financially ready before entering.
4) If you already reached the state of "must-go" situation, getting a personal loan is a possible way.
5) However personal loan is only up to a maximum of 6 times your monthly salary. And the interest rate is at 3.4% and more. Maximum loan tenure of 5 years.
6) Thus you really have to think twice before going into another dark tunnel by avoiding one.
7) You might face more difficulties later when you have to face both mortgage loan and personal loan every month.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.
