Hello Gurus

I am holding SPR. Intended to buy condo which is under construction for own stay/investment. I have few questions pls clarify.
1. Is it a good thought compared to buying a condo which is ready to move in?

2. In terms of capital appreciation which is good? under construction one or already construed one?

3. What are your views about high park residences interms of appreciation? Is there any other condo developer provides discount or ABSD waive off..

Hi,

Usually under construction properties have better capital appreciation potential due to its longer balance lease, better facilities n unit conditioN. It also depends on location.

Furthermore, statistics and data have proved that tenants tend to vie for newer properties; yielding attractive rental yield.
