Hello Agents,

I am looking to buy a 4 or 5 room apartment near Sembawang or Woodlands MRT. My budget is around 300K. Do you think I will be able to get a flat on that price?

Hi Jasper, I am afraid it will be very challenging now.
For Sembawang, val for 4 room is easily $320-$385K. For Woodlands, val is easily $290-$385K
However it also depends on luck, if you can get a 4S in woodlands at val $290K and COV $5-$10K. Then you will have a chance.
