We are plan to buy our 1st resale HDB flat. Can we know what will be the outfront cost occur (eg: Downpayment, Stamp duty, agent fees, etc) if we buy 1 3-room flat with valuation around S$350,000.00

We need these info as our cash money is very limited.

2) How much CPF does both of you have?
