Hi John,

Looking at the current situation, the market is going to hold for a while due to low interest rate and some other factors. However, things can turn around pretty fast nowadays.
Whether to go into the market depends on your needs for the property, there is no sure "Best" time to embark unless you are not in a hurry or you don't need the place at all for instance. Hence, it's about you and the timing.
