For Landed Property In Singapore:

What is the relationship between Gross Floor Area, Builtup Area, Builtin Area, Built Area?
I see that these terms are use quite interchanbly and loosely in a certain way. confusing at times. confusing to consumer as well

What should be the proper definition in Singapore landed houses context?

A built-up or built-in area refers to the total area that is being constructed or developed. Land area refers to the total area of land that the building sits on.
