During extension of stay, does the seller pays for the mortgage? Do they only pay for the utilities and property tax? What else do they exactly pay?

Hi,

In this scenario., the buyer pays for all outgoings from the Resale Completion Date, including but not limited to the commencement of servicing of the housing loan, payments of service and conservancy charges (S&CC) (without rebates) and property tax.

Hi,

During extension of stay, the old owner only pays for the utility bill while the new owner starts paying the rest like the management fee and property tax and etc. But it is not a standard guide and dependent on negotiation for both parties.
