Evening,

That would depend on whether you have received any housing grant for your current unit. If you are SC and have not use your first timer opportunity, you can queue for your preferred BTO.
However, it would be prudent to work on the sums, as to how much loan you would require and whether your gross income have exceed the preset requirement and your monthly installment payment.
On the other hand, if you are looking into getting a condo, you are only eligible for 60% loan, if your current unit is still ubder mortgage. Of this 40%, 10% must be cash and 30% can be in cash / CPF/ CPF + cash.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
