Good morning,

subsidised flats mean HDB (BTO) bought directly from HDB or resale HDB bought with *CPF* housing grant.

Nowadays HDB has Enhanced *CPF* housing grant and proximity housing grant.

Care to share what's the differences between the housing grant from HDB and CPF that you meant?

A clear cut method to find out if you are eligible for the CPF grant is to log in to HDB resale portal and file an intent to buy. The portal will indicate whether you are eligible for CPF grant.
