Your concerns over the shares are as follow:
This shall dependent on the condo ownership.
(1) Tenancy-In-Common: Your sister share will distribute according to Intestate Succession Act in Singapore.
(2) Joint-Tenancy: Your sister share will distribute to the other owner equally.
Since no will is prepared, and ownership is under Tenancy-In-Common Court will issue Letters of Administration and appoint an Adminstrator to distribute the property to her successors according to Intestate Succession Act.
You are not allowed to sell the condo until final court order is issued.
You have to contact a lawyer over this to proceed.
