Dear tenant,

Any agent fees payable as to be agreed upon by all involved parties, regardless of the rental amount.

There are tenants paying agent fees for rental above $10k a month so I'd advise if you can talk to the agent concern for your rental.

There is no fixed rule on agent fee payable. Tenants do pay for 1 or 2 years lease.
