Just my 2 cents opinion. If you look at the price trends range in Archipelago for the past 6 to 7 years, it has been range bound and sideways, and typical units average around 1200-1300 psf, with a recent outlier at 1503 psf (reservoir facing unit). In the immediate vicinity, there two new announced infrastructure points in the pipeline will be the HomeTeam Clubhouse, and the future Bedok North Hospital (unnamed yet) near Dou Yee Building in 2030. The only potential unknown positive catalyst is Paya Lebar Airbase shifting in 2030 , hence the positive news cycle flow have either been priced in or will be many years down the road (less certain of impact). I think if you own an unit there, its a good time to try to exit and recycle the capital into other properties with stronger growth prospects.

- East Side Condo Seller Andrew : Ivan understood there's urgency to sell my private property too within the given timeframe, provided me with assurance and solutions. When the sale of my private property commenced, it was during the Covid-19 pandemic period; whereby, only 2 unique visitors were allowed to view the property on any given day.
