Hi Tim,

If the apartment you are looking at has a place for indoor drying, I'd say that likelihood for owners to provide a dryer maybe small and does not make economical sense due to the high electrical consumption by the dryer. Otherwise, for small studio or 1 bedroom apartments I have seen, they usually do come with dryer. If not, you may perhaps wish to put your requirement up to the landlord for consideration?
