Dear Sir or Madam,
We are 4 exchange students from the Czech Republic planning to study for 1 semester in Singapore Management University from January to April.
In this regard, we would like to kindly ask you, whether Your apartment is available during these months for 4 persons. If so, could you please provide us with more information about the apartment layout, number of beds available, etc.? Does Your apartment contain at least basic furnishing - washing machine, air conditioning, and kitchen with at least basic appliance? Moreover, is there a shared bathroom in your apartment, please?
We would be interested in rental from 1st January until 30th April as we arrive in Singapore also 1st January.
Additionally, we are required to undertake a 7 days quarantine after our arrival. Would it be possible to spend the week in your apartment, please?
