Dear Sir/Ms,
I have a question please. I am a SG PR and I currently have a HDB to sell, MOP fulfilled and looking for private prop.
Approx HDB resale price $400k.
Existing bank loan $220k.
CPF utilized for loan $160k (p+i)
Current CPF in OA $30k
Cash available $100k
Question is:
1. If i sell HDB with OTP signed but transaction not fully completed, am i subjected to 10% ABSD or 5% ABSD for for next property? My plan is to sell HDB and immediately buy a private.
2. After paying back CPF of $160k (p+i), can i utilize full $160k + OA Balance of $30k for private property purchase?
3. ABSD must be paid cash or possible by CPF?
4. What is the % that I can utilized CPF for private prop as a PR?
Am looking at a private prop of approx $900k in D19.
Does it seem possible? Am a single income earner.
