I am a Social Work intern currently having my attachment in a VWO. I have a few enquiries with regards to the rental house. I am just wondering:

- How does your agent charge for rental
- How many families must one rental flat, of different room-size, accommodate?
- How are the families selected to live in the rental flat?

Afternoon Hui Min,

Commission chargable are to be discussed between tenant and agents.
As for the number of people allowed within a unit, will depend on the unit size.
3 room flat allows 6 people while 4 room flat allow for 8 to 9.
As for who the tenants are to be, depends on the landlords preferrence.
