I saw quite a few agent advertising for new condo at a ridiculously low price, however they said that the unit is sold out when I call them. May I know how to report these agents?

Thank you so much for the information. I have written to CEA and Property Guru. I believe that the standard for salesperson should be at the highest standard. We can't have a group of black sheep affecting the good agents like yourself. This is not fair to property guru as well, consumer come to property guru because of the reliability and plenty of information. If the reliability drop, consumer will look for alternative. I really don't understand why some sales person deliberately advertising the property at a lower price, consumer will be upset and look for another agent instead, this is a lose-lose for buyer and seller, as well as salesperson. I thank you for providing me the information to report against these salesperson.
