Selling fast or selling at recently transacted price will be quite different. Right pricing and conditions unit will go fast depending on what is the demand in market. Right now, 2 to 3 bedrooms units which are priced rightly and within good locality are still seeing good take up rates. I personally sold a unit within 3 days from listing it just a couple of months back.
