Dear Property Guru Experts,
I would like to know if the repair or replacement of a stove falls generally under minor repair or if LL should bear the full cost.
In our case, the stove burners were not working perfectly when we started the lease and reported the issue to the LL within 30 days grace period. The LL said it was not possible to repair and we should accept this as existing condition. After 1 year and 1 month, the stove burners became spoiled and can't be used.
Who should bear the cost of the repair and/or replacement in this case?
