PropertyGuru is a listing portal meant for Real Estate Salespersons with a practising license in Singapore to put up their listings for sale or rent. As a property owner, they do not have any options to do so on PropertyGuru, but will need to explore other options like newspaper and etc.

It will be great if we are able to work out a partnership in marketing your boss’s properties to the right audience with my established network. No advertising costs is applicable on your end. The agent fees will only be applicable upon successful transaction.
