Dear gurus...if u want to invest 750K and want to buy a condo where u want to stay for 1 yr and then give for rental...which type of unit u will prefer, studio apartment near city or 2 bedder far from city? what r the future prospect of studio apartment near Boonkeng area interns of capital appreciation & rental yield?
