For new launch projects, most furnishes are often provided. They often include a fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped bathrooms and aircons, tiles, warddrobes. You probably just need to buy washer / fridge / lights / other furniture.

For under construction projects, upfront 5+15+3% (23%) is required for downpayment and stamp duties within 8 weeks of booking. Subsequent payments are on progressive payment schemes (ie. Only pay when construction milestones are reached). If you are taking 80% loan, the law firm will liaise with bank/developer side for you and drawdown from the loan, all the way until TOP.

In fact, you can choose to book and purchase now. High Park Residences is abt 95% sold already, not many balance units available. The TOP is more likely to be in 2020 instead. If you require a earlier move in date, I do have other similar priced projects to recommend you.

For new projects, most of the units will be partially furnished, with the tiling works, kitchen cabinets up, and air-con installed. The only works you probably need to do is the installation of lightings and some basic furnitures like TV etc.

As for the payment, it will be made progressively, dependent on the different stages of completion of the project. Upon TOP, when you collect your keys, you would have already paid up to about 85% of the total property purchase price.
