1. Terrace Houses: These are typically joined together in a row. They share common walls on both sides with their neighboring houses.

2. Inter-Terrace Houses: Inter-terrace houses are similar to terrace houses but are located in the middle of the row, with houses on both sides.

3. Semi-Detached Houses: Semi-detached houses are joined to another house on one side.

Regarding the most sought-after districts other than 9, 10, and 11, there are several districts that in my opinion attract high demand from home buyers and investors.

District 15 is popular for its proximity to the beach, vibrant food scene, and excellent schools.

District 19 is a well-regarded residential area with good transportation links and a range of housing options, including landed properties, condominiums, and HDB flats.

District 5 is an up-and-coming district with a mix of residential and commercial developments. It offers landed properties, condominiums, and HDB flats, and is close to educational institutions and business hubs.
