Since your unit is on the 14th floor, you should be to sell approximately $530k range, of course subject to the facing and condition of the unit.
Below is a quick guide for the procedure
1) Do seller checklist, 7 days cooling off period
2) Determine selling price
3) Grant OTP if selling price achieve
4) Buyer to apply for valuation, have 21 days to exercise option
5) Buyer exercise option, submit to HDB
6) First appointment ( to 2 months after exercise option)
7) Completion (6 to 8 weeks after first appointment)
