Dear agents, we are SPR couple looking for resale HDB. Understand that government has put a rule that SPR must wait for 3yrs before they become eligible. My question: - Is 3yrs period applied for each, or either one? In our case, one has become SPR for 1yr and the other one is 6yrs. - Assuming 0 COV and 80% bank loan, how much (in percentage to the property value) do we need to prepare to cover initial payment? - If we have $80K in form of saving and CPF, can we afford 2 bedders that is located in vicinity of MRT station?
