Afternoon Mr. Loh,

If you are looking to purchase Adjoined flat of 4 and 5 room, you can never get it as HDB never approved of such housing system.
If you are looking at getting a 4 room corridor unit plus a 5 room corner unit, which is located side-by-side, it's possible but extremely time consuming. You might need to purchase one of such unit first, prior working on the other.
