currently i am staying in the HDB flat for more then ten years and i intent to buy a private property. If happen i bought the private property, can I sublet my hdb. regards.

Greetings,

As long as you have fulfilled your MOP, maximum 5 years, you are allowed to sublet your hdb.

Just for info, Allsworth Park latest psf is $1345 for a 1033sqft at midfloor.

Theoratically, under HDB regulations you will have to stay at your current HDB flat and be renting out your private property.
