currently i am staying in the HDB flat for more then ten years and i intent to buy a private property. If happen i bought the private property, can I sublet my hdb. regards.

Hi Mr Yeow,
Theoratically, under HDB regulations you will have to stay at your current HDB flat and be renting out your private property.

Yes, you can sublet your HDB as you had already fulfilled the MOP. The application can be done online.
