Current, there are a lot of articles suggesting potential property investors to on hold their purchases.
I need some advice. With current market sentiments, do we on hold our purchases? Govt suggests that there will be over supply of private properties at 2013, is 2013 a better year to buy?
I've booked a unit for own stay, TOP 2015. Should I forgo the booking fees and sit out and wait? I'm worried about the interest rates that might spike up as I'm getting 80% loan.
So, to stick to my current booking or to forgo my booking fees??
