Foreigner can purchase private property like Toho Green which is under apartment status.

They will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty as foreign buyer.

Even though units there are spacious but do take note that this unit has a balance lease of 61 years so there might not be potential upside in future.

If you are a seller there, you might want to divest it as soon as possible and find a project with better potential.
