may i know if your unit is above 10th floor? Which stack as my colleague has a buyer looking for Stack 3 or 7 or units facing Upp Changi Rd.

Hi Sir,

Optima for the 1-BR has already hit above $1200psf. The same size 1001 sq. ft. like yours is about $950psf transacted currently. If your unit is at premium stack, high floor and good facing, I don't see why it can't reach $1100psf in the near future when close to TOP.
