Can we still apply for BTO? I'm a divorcee, I remarried. As a 2nd timer & my husband being a first timer, we were able to purchase a BTO flat. But he is thinking of selling away our flat as it has reached its min. 5 years occupancy.

In this case are we still allow to apply for BTO? With me being a 3rd timer & him being 2nd?
