The answer is nope the buyer can’t do that and the seller has the right to forfeit the option fee.

Any changes to original OTP require consensus from both seller and buyer.

The OTP date cannot be changed once it's been issued out. Both parties can get into a legal tussle should the law finds out that the OTP date has been tampered.
