Afternoon Jason,

We are living in the civilised country. Consumers always want the law to protect their interest. The government listened and the formed CEA.
Under Singapore Law, if I advertise for you, the law deem that I represents you, Hence I'm not allowed to collect commission from the tenant. And if we do, we would have bleach the law, which would cost us our career.
