Morning,

Singaporean can only apply HDB unit with their spouse, who is on Social Visit Pass, if they are not PR nor SC.
Your spouse need to have at least 6 month validity on the pass, prior to the application.

    Thanks for the answer, so that Singaporean husband and foreigner wife with valid work pass(Spass) can apply new HDB BTO flat or EC and can get HDB loan?Am i correct?
