I have a fully-paid up HDB. No outstanding loan.
Just bought a condo at D19 (Sengkang/Punggol) before announcement of ASBD (11-Jan) to avoid the hefty 7%.
Is is advisable to
1) forfeit 25% of deposits paid before exercising TOP/S&P and to wait for property to drop (if any)? This option however require more cash upfront to buy due to 7% ASBD.
2) just bite the bullet and exercise OTP?
