Hi Oscar,

It all boils down to the dollar and cents which you have put in for the investment. Any property can be a good investment if selling price is attractive.

As I have mentioned this, Serangoon area is definitely a worthwhile consideration to invest with its excellent location near city and yet standard of living is almost like any other residential estate. I'd say that rental is pretty well sought after in this area due to its location, but as mentioned in my very first paragraph, boils down to the rental price.
