can i pay commission to agent directly if i secure the rental from the agent?

Hi Andy,
What is your concern in payment? Do you mean that you are afraid that the agent may abscond with your money and you'll end up with no place to stay?
If this is the case, you may opt to pay the agent commission on the day you shift in, after ensuring all paperworks are completed.
