Can I know what is the difference between EC and DBSS?

Hi CS,
In short,
1) DBSS is HDB Flat which is built by Private Developer (condo style and design).
2) EC is condo which require to follow HDB's regulations upon purchase and can only sell to foreigners after 10 years.
