Good morning Sir/ Mdm,

May I know what yours and mom's residency status?

Are you SC?

Hope my sharing helps in aiding in your enquiry. May I know how can I value add further in your property needs?

Best regards,

Hi,

1) To be eligible to buy an HDB flat with your mom. You will have to meet the eligibility scheme listed by the HDB.

2) You may see you fit into any of the below situations:
(a) Buy under Public Scheme:
(i) You are an SC, your mom is an SPR.
(ii) You are an SPR, and your mom is an SPR. This is possible provided you and your mum hold the SPR for at least 3 yrs.
b) Buy under the Non-Citizen family scheme: You are an SC, and your mom is an FR (foreigner).

3) Since your mom is not legally married to your dad. You won't need to include his name in the application.
4) You have to be at or above 35 yrs old before eligible for any housing grants.

Hope the above answer your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
