Hi,
1) Flexi flat is only for SC at and above 55 yrs old.
2) You are not allowed to inherit the flat when your mum passed on.
3) Any number of leases not fully utilized will be returned to her CPF once this flat is surrender to the HDB. This will only happen after the declaration of the owner is passed on.
4) You can only inherit the CPF left behind but not the flat.
