The price for the unit that you are asking for is $1.226 Mil before discount..Yes,i you buy through the developer's sales team,there will be early bird discount,as high as 10%..unit availability and discounts are for limited time only(developer may adjust the price/discounts at their discretion)..Please contact me if you would like to visit the showflat and book your choice unit before its gone!!Thanks
