I want to clarify both Thomson Three and Sky Vue are 99 years leasehold.

Are you buying for own stay or for investment? Do you prefer compact/functional or spacious floor plans?

Both projects are priced attractively after the latest TDSR cooling measure at around average psf of $1400.
