Bought a 29 yr old resale HDB in D2 for 500k+ in 2008, have stayed there for almost 3 yrs. Advisable to buy an EV once MOP is reached?

Evening,

I would assume that you have purchased the unit with HDB loan and grant. And that you are looking at resale EC, after you have attained your MOP.
As for such investment, you need to know your liquidity, affordability and feastability, prior jumping into it.
At the current moment, only you know better, unless you are open for discussion.
