As per the latest rule, can I still buy an EC while I have a HDB flat which I have stayed for more than 5 years?

hi;

yes,you can buy EC if you have met the Minimum Occupation Period for your HDB flat.Provided you meet the other requirements ie income ceiling not exceeding $10k,have at least 1 citizen as applicant etc..I have a few new EC just launched..Kindly contact me if you are keen in purchasing brand new ECs direct from developer..Thanks
