Hi,

Heron Bay EC is 100% sold. Are you only considering the Upper Serangoon / North East area? Typically, for 2 bedroom units in EC projects, there will only be a limited number of units allocated and they are sold quickly. It is advised you express your interest in the upcoming EC projects (woodlands & jurong west) earlier, and try for the ballot. Otherwise, if you are open to exploring 3 Bedrooms units in other ECs , there are more options, and Ecopolitan in Punggol happens to be one of them.
