Are there many sellers who would agree to a rent (3-6 months) and sell arrangement?

Meaning that if i need to sell my property in order to purchase theirs, would they agree to let us move into the property and rent it to us until all the paperwork on both sides is completed?

Is this possible?

Evening Sandra,

There are such sellers around as some of them already have place to settle in. But it's not easy to find and such sellers would normally ask for higher COV.
I have come across similar case and it went well.
