Hi Mr Lim,

Partition walls are fine legally but if you intend to sell your place, it may be better if you can remove them as it will make the house looks more spacious. With these partitions, the buyer may not be able to virtualize the space and appreciate the house properly.

Hi Mr/Ms Lim,

I understand your concern as an owner. But having partition walls should not be a legal issue thus, you don't necessarily have to remove it to sell your property.

However, please be informed that it may or may not be unfavourable when your potential buyers are viewing your property as it does alter the the aesthetics of your interior design and space planning depending on the type of partitions used and where it has been placed.
