Dear Investor,

There are many investment opportunity in overseas properties.
Such as UK, Australia, Philippines, USA, Malaysia and so long.
My View for good investment is in US properties due to there are many foreclosure properties in US. Prices for owning a 2 bedroom condo can start as low as US$40,000 onwards. Owning a landed house in US is even cheaper such as prices start from S$50,000.00 (prices subject to location and US Taxes)so why not grab this opportunity before US properties goes up. Of course you have to do more homework to source for the best investment in US. Good luck to your investment.
